School Structure
Woodley School is a school for Autistic young people aged EYFS to 16 years old.
Classes are grouped into 4 levels of engagement:
- Explore
- Recognition
- Discovery
- Investigation
There are 22 classes in school split into lower and upper school. Students are placed in class by their engagement level and as close to age appropriate as possible, although there are mixed age classes.
We believe that learning happens at every stage of each day and so learning is planned even in play (sensory) and lunch (Life skills) times.
